Training Radiation Safety: Safely Working with Radioactive Materials

This Radiation Safety: Safely Working with Radioactive Materials training programme will enable the delegates to understand both ionising and non-ionising radiation types and the way to manage radiation materials efficiently and safely to minimize potential environmental impacts. Personnel has to be fully trained, informed and monitored so that they are not exposed or in contact with radiation materials specially when storing, using and disposing radioactive sources. This Radiation Safety: Safely Working with Radioactive Materials programme will enable the delegates to enchance their ability to critically evaluate exposure risk linked with the usage, storage and disposal of radioactive materials and sources at all levels of laboratory, operational and administrative activities.
